1. Consultation This phase focuses on attention to your wish list, a review of existing conditions, and a recommendation on the best way for us to work with you.
2. Design Our designers work with you to develop a project plan. Measurements are taken, your wish list is further developed, and a plan begins to take form. A second meeting is arranged to review preliminary drawings. Then the third meeting is finalize drawings. From this, a detailed estimate is generated.
3. Construction The estimate is accepted and the project goes to contract. At this point, our support staff works with you on product selection and permitting takes place. During this time, a production schedule is developed. Two-weeks prior to starting, a pre-construction meeting is schedule during which you meet with the project supervisor and discuss the logistics of the project and the chain of communication.
